You will need to decide whether or not you will conduct the interview over the phone or doing the interview through email. I suggest having a live conversation with them that you record an audio of.

To record the phone interview you will need to use a teleconferencing service.

When a customer is ready to purchase your product or service what will be the best method of payment?

Maybe you will do the traditional payment method or maybe you will use the internet to your advantage by using more updated payment methods.
